Overview
All Eterno York products are made to order. All sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.
Our after-sales process upholds the principles of craftsmanship, integrity, and hygiene.
Eligibility (Submit within 14 days of delivery)

The item has a manufacturing defect or was delivered in the wrong style/size.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition with original invoice, packaging, tags, and all accessories intact.
- We recommend inspecting the product promptly upon receipt and documenting its condition (photos or video) for record purposes.

Submit your return request online, including order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos for evaluation.
Incomplete, damaged, soiled, or used items not in a resalable condition are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Resolution

Once approved, we will offer a remake of the same design. If the same fabric or design is no longer available, we will issue store credit of equal value or assist you in selecting an alternative style.

For approved cases, Eterno York covers both outbound and return shipping costs.
Exclusions

Fit preferences, minor color variations due to display settings, light creasing from transit, and natural fiber characteristics that are not defects.

Late submissions, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Return Process

Click “Submit Return Request Online” at the bottom of this page and complete the form.
- Our customer service team will reply within 1–2 business days and issue a Return Authorization.
- Please ensure the product and packaging remain intact for smooth processing.
