We offer one free alteration (±3 cm) or up to $50 USD reimbursement for local tailoring with a valid receipt. If you opt not to alter, you may receive a 10% discount code for a future purchase (valid on full-priced items, non-stackable).
Standard Size Products: Exchangeable within 7 days if unused, unworn, and in original condition. No refunds; exchanges or discount codes are offered.
Shipping Policy: Customers cover return shipping for alterations; we cover the shipping back to you (for U.S. customers).
Defective or Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 7 days for a replacement or discount code. We cover all shipping costs for such cases.
